All of our Holiday Homes are maintained to the highest standards and the park has been awarded four stars by the Quality in Tourism board.
The twenty acre park is nestled into the hillside with panoramic views of Skiddaw and the Northern Fells, with easy access to the market towns of Keswick and Cockermouth; as well as the Solway Coast area of outstanding natural beauty.
Our location is ideal for visiting the Northern Lake District which includes: Bassenthwaite, Derwent Water, Buttermere and also the quieter Western Lakes of Ennerdale, Loweswater and Crummock. We are only 30 minutes drive from The Great Border City of Carlisle and Penrith, and within an hour you can reach Windermere, Ambleside and Grasmere.

The service and attention we received from Rose at Pemerton and Olan at Olan and Son was nothing short of superb. From planning the model we required through to delivery was top notch. As for the mobile itself, "you pay your money and you get what you get" - this is a wonderful holiday home and with the residential spec could easily be used throughout the year.
